Support Worker - Children Residential

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Develop structured timetables, setting boundaries and expectations.
• Assist with daily activities, including washing, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding when necessary.
• Perform household tasks such as shopping, laundry, cooking, and cleaning.
• Monitor children's health and wellbeing, recording any concerns.
• Ensure the administration of prescribed medications.
• Support mental and physical wellbeing through engaging activities.
• Work collaboratively with social care and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

• Must have a clean, full UK driver's license.
• Experience working in children's services or a related field is preferable.
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and support to children.

• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Optional 42‑48 hours
• 15 hour shifts
• Available day and night shifts
• Full‑time contract
