Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Develop structured timetables, setting boundaries and expectations.
- Assist with daily activities, including washing, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding when necessary.
- Perform household tasks such as shopping, laundry, cooking, and cleaning.
- Monitor children's health and wellbeing, recording any concerns.
- Ensure the administration of prescribed medications.
- Support mental and physical wellbeing through engaging activities.
- Work collaboratively with social care and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

Qualifications- Must have a clean, full UK driver's license.
- Experience working in children's services or a related field is preferable.
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and support to children.
- Minimum 36 hours per week
- Optional 42‑48 hours
- 15 hour shifts
- Available day and night shifts
- Full‑time contract
