Night Life Practitioner
Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Night Life Practitioners to join our team at Sunndach in Yaxley, Peterborough.
We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Night Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. The role involves assisting with daily activities, accompanying residents on community trips, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing during night shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Accompanying residents to community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
- Transporting residents in a company vehicle (requires a full UK driver’s licence, or 2+ years driving experience).
- Monitoring resident health and safety, reporting incidents promptly.
- Contributing to the day‑to‑day care plans and enjoyment of residents.
Pay and progression:
- Level 1: £12.85 per hour
- Level 2: £13.35 per hour
- Level 3: £13.85 per hour
- Training and competency development unlock pathways to increased rates.
- Starting rates are £12.85; experienced candidates may receive £13.85.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications and experience:
