Turning Point UK is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Peterborough to provide care for adults with Learning Disabilities. In this role, you will support residents' daily activities, promote independence, and assist with personal care. The position requires flexibility in working hours to cover various shifts.
As part of a caring team, you will make a positive difference in the lives of residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to handle physical demands of the role.
This permanent position offers competitive pay of £12.84 to £13.45 per hour, 29 days’ paid holiday that increases with tenure, and a supportive work environment.
