The Role As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader , you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding care while providing leadership and guidance to the care team during day shifts . Working closely with residents, families, nurses, and colleagues, you will help maintain high standards of care, ensuring residents receive compassionate support tailored to their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting care staff during day shifts Delivering high-quality, person-centred care Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities Supporting medication administration and monitoring Maintaining accurate care records and documentation Promoting a safe, positive, and welcoming environment Supporting residents' wellbeing, independence, and engagement Acting as a role model and mentor for the wider care team About You Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or similar role within a nursing, residential, or dementia care setting NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia Medication administration experience desirable Strong communication and leadership skills Compassionate, proactive, and team-focused approach Passionate about delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents' quality of life Benefits & Incentives As part of a respected non-profit charitable foundation , you'll be joining an organisation that genuinely invests in both its residents and its people.
