What You’ll Do:

You’ll provide emotional and behavioural support, promote a safe and comfortable environment, and assist with daily living and personal goals. Every day, you’ll help someone move closer to independence—and that’s a powerful impact.

What You’ll Need:

No previous experience is required. We’re looking for people who are:

Confident and emotionally resilient
Quick decision-makers
Able to maintain professional boundaries
Passionate about helping others thrive

Shift Patterns:

Between 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday
Alternate weekends
Sleep-ins required (with competitive rates)
