Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Health Care Assistant / Phlebotomist to visit patients at home and deliver essential primary care services across the community. You will perform venepuncture, urinalysis, monitor blood pressure, and conduct pulse oximetry as part of routine assessments.
You will measure height, weight and BMI, complete annual diabetic reviews, accurately record notes and test results, and safely transport samples.
