North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust in Peterborough is seeking a motivated role supporting Occupational and Physiotherapy teams to assist in patient rehabilitation. You will help with mobility, transfers, and executing treatment plans under supervision to help patients regain function.
In this role you will contribute to discharge planning, support on home visits, and maintain clear communication across the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient progress and discharge timing.
