Flame Health Audiology are working with our client to appoint an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser in Peterborough, with opportunities also available across Leicester and Boston.
Offering £32,000–£42,000 per annum, this role suits a fully qualified professional who is committed to independent clinical care and building lasting patient relationships.
About the JobYou will provide hearing care within optical practices, assessing and diagnosing hearing loss, developing and implementing treatments, and supporting patients of all ages with their hearing concerns.
You will work closely with optical partners and local communities, delivering a complete hearing care service with access to state-of-the-art audiological testing equipment and facilities.
The role includes support from a ready-to-go patient database and an accessible booking system offering 24/7 visibility. Flexible full-time and part-time working options are available, alongside training and development focused on the latest hearing technologies.
About the EmployerOur client operates in the health and human services sector, providing hearing care through more than 490 practices across the UK. Its team includes Audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants, with patient care placed before performance.

What We Are Looking ForHCPC registration and a full driving licence are required. You will be a fully qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser with experience of working with a range of hearing aid manufacturers.
You should bring a clear commitment to patient care, clinical independence and professional excellence.
The position requires someone who can assess hearing loss, implement appropriate treatments, work with patients of different ages, and develop transparent, long-term relationships with optical partners. A patient-centred approach and the ability to work effectively within local communities are essential.
