Title: General Assistant
Location: Airbus Broughton, Chester
Salary: £12.63
Hours: 37.5 per week (Between the hours of 7am & 7pm)

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point in their journey, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, support an inclusive and safe working environment.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and any specific food service or catering guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
• Draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus.
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
