Reward Manager, ACCENT GROUP – Join our award‑winning People, Culture and Development team to lead reward and recognition initiatives with a strong social purpose.

Location
:
Bradford, Stockton, Burnley or Peterborough – hybrid work (2–3 days per week) with travel for team meetings.

Salary
: £58,242 per annum. Start at 95–90% of spot rate with clear progression to full spot rate.

Contract
:
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., full‑time.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of fair, transparent, values‑led reward practices that enhance colleague engagement and organisational performance. Manage pension projects, partner with external suppliers to secure best offerings, and continually improve pay frameworks and benefits. Support the Head of Organisational Development & Culture on wellbeing and recognition initiatives, deliver pay gap reporting, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in reward, compensation and benefits management, or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of reward strategy, pay benchmarking and job‑evaluation frameworks.
  • Extensive experience of managing pension administration.
  • Sound understanding of employment and pension legislation.
  • Experience in managing pay review and reward cycles, including modelling and governance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
  • Skilled stakeholder management, influencing and building trust at all levels.
Interview Process
  • Stage 1:
    Initial call with the hiring manager to discuss role and team.
  • Stage 2:
    Presentation to the interview panel followed by behavioural and scenario‑based interview, including a Congruity Questionnaire.
