37.5 per week, 3 days a week on site. We’re looking for a People Advisor to be part of our success story, supporting our sopp+sopp business. About the role
Supporting, guiding, and coaching People Managers across Activate Group to effectively manage a variety of people issues in line with Group processes and HR best practice.
Key responsibilities- Managing a variety of employee relations cases through to completion, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, performance, and routine occupational health.
- Recording case updates on HR
