We are looking for a hands‑on HR Manager to lead and drive the people agenda  will be an experienced professional, and will bring with you the credibility and confidence to partner with leaders at all levels to create a high‑performance, high‑engagement culture. You'll take ownership of the full generalist remit – from union involvement, employee relations and performance to recruitment and development – and because we are a small team, you'll need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in where it matters most.

You will be equally comfortable in the strategic and operational arena, balancing commercial focus with genuine care for people. You'll coach and challenge managers, use data to spot trends, and turn engagement into practical action that resonates with a shift‑based, highly skilled workforce.
