Key Responsibilities Managing and developing relationships with existing clients. Generating new business opportunities through sales calls and client visits. Recruiting and placing industrial workers into temporary and permanent positions. Interviewing, screening, and registering candidates. Matching suitable candidates to client vacancies. Managing worker attendance, performance, and client expectations. Conducting site visits and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and company procedures.

Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets. Requirements Previous recruitment experience preferred (industrial sector experience advantageous). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
