Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner

Working closely with senior managers across the business, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance while supporting the development and implementation of people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and organisational success.
Key Responsibilities- Partnering with managers to provide pragmatic HR advice across all employee relations matters.
- Leading on complex casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.
- Supporting organisational change projects, restructures and workforce planning.
- Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in people management.
- Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for key hires.
- Identifying training and development needs and contributing to learning initiatives.
- Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation.
- Analysing HR data and trends to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to wider HR projects focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, retention and organisational development.
You're an experienced HR professional who can confidently build relationships at all levels of the business.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
