Accent Housing is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Team in a hybrid role based at Peterborough or Bradford. You’ll be the first point of contact for ER matters, providing coaching-led, legally sound advice to leaders and managing a varied caseload.
You’ll apply strong employment law knowledge, support managers to build capability, and help reduce risk across the organisation. DBS/social checks apply, with interviews via Teams and in-person at Peterborough.
