You'll take ownership of an established industrial desk while developing new business opportunities across Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing industrial and warehousing clients
• Building and maintaining a strong temporary workforce
• Winning new business opportunities
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Delivering exceptional customer service
