Quest Employment are looking for an ambitious
Recruitment Resourcer
to join our busy Peterborough branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role and is looking to begin and build a successful career in recruitment.

What youll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent roles. These are quick roles that require immediate attention
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable roles
• Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Working to targets and KPIs in a supportive, team-focused environment
• Supporting both the industrial and commercial team within the branch with day to day duties

What were looking for:

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and people skills
