Role Purpose

People Business Partnerto work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced operational environment. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing support, coaching, and constructive challenge to drive high performance, engagement, and business success.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, influencing at all levels, and delivering practical people solutions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert people advice, coaching, and challenge to drive performance and accountability.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Support key people processes including performance, talent, succession, engagement, and reward.
• Lead and support organisational change, restructures, and consultation activity.
• Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
• Collaborate with the wider People team to deliver business-focused people initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policy, and regulatory requirements.
