This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong recruitment background who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland. Partner with managers to identify workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans. Manage advertising campaigns, recruitment agencies, job boards, careers events, and social media recruitment initiatives. Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate selection processes. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for operational, technical, and specialist positions. Deliver a positive onboarding experience for new starters.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Support employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance processes. Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, reporting requirements, and maintenance of employee records. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and continuous improvement projects. About You Essential CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent). Previous HR experience with significant recruitment responsibilities.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments. Experience supporting multi-site operations across the UK and Ireland.
