This is a commercially focused HRBP role where you will influence strategic decision-making while remaining close to operational people matters. This position would suit an HR professional who enjoys working within an innovative, fast-paced environment and who is passionate about enabling business performance through people.
Key Responsibilities Working closely with business leaders and the wider People team, you will:
Lead workforce planning activities, identifying capability gaps and implementing effective solutions. Develop and deliver talent management initiatives, including succession planning and early careers programmes. Coach and support leaders to strengthen management and leadership capability. Drive performance management processes and cultivate a culture of regular, constructive feedback. Support managers in addressing performance concerns effectively and proactively. Identify and develop high-potential employees through robust talent development strategies.
Resolve employee relations issues at an early stage to minimise escalation. Analyse people data and produce meaningful insights to support business decision-making. Ensure consistent application of people policies, processes and employment legislation. Champion diversity, inclusion and broader ESG initiatives. Lead and contribute to change, transformation and business improvement projects. Support effective communication and engagement across the division. About You You will bring: CIPD qualification or membership (Associate level or above).
Proven HR Business Partner experience within complex and fast-paced environments. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience partnering with senior leaders and building high-performing teams. Confidence using HR systems and technology to drive efficiency and innovation. Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills. A proactive, commercially minded approach combined with strong emotional intelligence.
