Talent Acquisition Partner FTC

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for an  urgent 3 to 4-month temporary contract  to take immediate ownership of active vacancies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, you will drive modern  talent acquisition  strategies across head office, operational, and customer-facing teams.

This is a  hybrid role  working  2-3 days per week in the Peterborough HQ  and paying  circa £45,000  per annum.

What you'll be doing:
Proactively map and attract candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and networking to minimise reliance on external agencies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, candidate assessment, and effective interview processes.
Manage full-lifecycle vacancies from initial intake and job profiling through to screening, interviewing, and offer execution.
Ensure an efficient, inclusive, and professional journey for every applicant.

What You Need:
Proven experience as an In-House Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant who is ready to step immediately into an in-house environment.
Immediate availability or short notice period (maximum 1 week).
Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and confident stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a public service, customer-facing environment e.g. retail, local government, policing, education, social care, etc.
