We are partnering with a growing Cambridge-based organisation to recruit a proactive and collaborative HR Advisor
. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with managers and managing a varied employee relations caseload within a fast-paced, scaling business.

• Manage a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters.
• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and guidance to managers.
• Support investigations, hearings and formal HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
• Assist with HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise.
• Confident managing ER casework independently.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, growing or scaling organisation
  .
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing changing priorities.
• Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is essential
