Kindred Nurseries is seeking a People Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the People team and be the first contact for queries in the helpdesk. The role combines administrative tasks with advisory support to maintain accurate employee data, compliance records, and smooth people processes across our nurseries, with occasional ER and absence support.
You will coach line managers on absence management, assist with employee relations cases, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure HRIS data

The advertised compensation is 24.000 - 32.000.
