About the Role

Our client are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator with strong SEO knowledge to oversee daily studio operations while supporting our digital presence and online visibility. This role blends operational coordination with digital marketing strategy, ensuring smooth internal workflows and strong search engine performance.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Coordination

* Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams

* Manage studio scheduling, bookings, and resource allocation

* Coordinate internal communication between creative, marketing, and leadership teams

* Maintain studio supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

* Support budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial tracking

* Ensure studio policies and procedures are followed

* Assist with event coordination, client visits, and special projects

SEO & Digital Marketing

* Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies

* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

* Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages

* Monitor and improve search rankings and organic traffic

* Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices

* Track SEO performance using tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)

* Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with web developers

Qualifications

* 2+ years experience in SEO or digital marketing

* Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles

* Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools

Preferred Skills

* Experience in a creative studio, agency, or production environment

* Knowledge of content marketing strategies

* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for SEO optimization)

* Familiarity with CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)

* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
