Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Work closely with client business and project team to understand application requirements and QA requirements.
- Estimate workload, plan, and complete tasks with support from offshore team.
- Discuss automation initiatives with client technical team.
- Create and design automation framework, tool integration, and CI/CD implementation.
- Implement AI initiatives across the QA lifecycle using client available tool set.
- Have a good understanding of Salesforce application.
- Guide and mentor offshore team.
- Send daily/weekly/monthly status reports to client.
- Highlight risks and challenges with mitigation plans.
- Assist offshore team in test automation and implement AI use cases.
- Experience or knowledge in Copado tool or Playwright automation is preferable.
