Markerstudy Group is seeking a Service Desk Team Leader based in Peterborough or Chesterfield. You will supervise the daily operations of the IT Service Desk team, ensuring a high level of incident resolution and service quality.
The successful candidate needs supervisory experience in an IT environment, strong knowledge of ITIL, and familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now. In return, we offer a collaborative work environment, health care cash plan, and 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
