Technical Support Engineer – Digital Customer Success

As our new Technical Support Engineer, you will provide expert technical support for telemetry tools and sensor equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring our customers and internal teams receive timely, effective solutions that keep critical water infrastructure running smoothly. Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telemetry tools, sensor equipment, and associated software platforms.
- Provide remote and on‑site support to customers and field engineers, ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to escalated complex issues and feed back field insights.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and configuration of telemetry and sensor solutions.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability and customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or field engineering role involving telemetry, sensors, or instrumentation.
- Solid understanding of communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, Modbus, Cellular IoT) and sensor technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with water or pump industry applications and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with IoT platforms and cloud‑based monitoring solutions.
- HNC/HND or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
