Asset Data and Assurance Analyst – Permanent / Full Time / 37 Hours (Flexible working opportunities available)

£35,522 per annum

• Maintain and update asset and maintenance master data within corporate systems
• Manage the creation, amendment and retirement of asset records
• Support the allocation and optimisation of maintenance plans
• Monitor and improve asset data quality
• Extract, analyse and interpret asset and maintenance data
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and insights
• Support projects through data provision and system updates
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Promote continuous improvement and data governance
• Provide support and guidance on asset data and SAP Plant Maintenance

• Experience working with data, reporting or asset information
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel and data management processes
• Proven ability to collate, manipulate and analyse data accurately
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non-technical audiences
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience using Power BI or Databricks, dashboard creation and utilities experience.

Play a key role in maintaining the asset data that underpins critical operational decisions, while developing expertise in asset management, data governance, reporting and analytics within a leading utility business.
