Are you an experienced ERP specialist looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a critical business system and influence how technology supports business growth?

We're partnering with an established and growing organisation seeking an ERP Product Owner / Business Systems Lead to own the strategy, development and continuous improvement of their ERP platform. While experience with EPICOR would be advantageous, we are equally interested in candidates with experience across ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Net Suite or similar enterprise systems.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with Finance, Operations and IT, helping to optimise processes, improve reporting capabilities and drive meaningful business transformation.

• Own and develop the ERP roadmap, aligning system capabilities with business goals.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for the ERP platform.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and improvements.
• Lead ERP integrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Work with Finance, Operations and IT teams to streamline business processes.
• Produce KPI reporting and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support users through training, guidance and ongoing system improvements.
• Stay up to date with new functionality, upgrades and industry best practices.

• Experience owning or leading an ERP platform, ideally EPICOR, although other ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Net Suite or similar will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems across operational and financial processes.
• Experience driving system improvements, upgrades or business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and business insights for senior stakeholders.
