Sugabyte Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help customers use SugarCRM. You will combine technical troubleshooting with consultative support via phone, tickets, and remote screenshare.
Based in Peterborough, you will receive full training on SugarCRM, manage inbound tickets, contribute to our knowledge-base, and host online training sessions to become the expert our customers rely on.
