Asset Data and Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset and maintenance master data within corporate systems
• Manage the creation, amendment and retirement of asset records
• Support the allocation and optimisation of maintenance plans
• Monitor and improve asset data quality
• Extract, analyse and interpret asset and maintenance data
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and insights
• Support projects through data provision and system updates
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Promote continuous improvement and data governance
• Provide support and guidance on asset data and SAP Plant Maintenance

• Experience working with data, reporting or asset information
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel and data management processes
• Proven ability to collate, manipulate and analyse data accurately
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non‑technical audiences
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Desirable:
  Experience using Power BI or Databricks, dashboard creation and utilities experience.

Demonstrates expertise in data management, analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on asset data quality and governance. Proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance and Excel, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
