Location: Alwalton
Intec Select is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT consultancy team on a 3-month, on-site contract in Peterborough. You will be the first point of contact, resolving incidents efficiently and maintaining strong customer communication across enterprise clients.
Role requires a friendly telephone manner, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently or within a team while meeting performance targets.
