Position: Order to Cash - Contract

Order to Cash (O2C) Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Contractor to support an ERP transformation programme, with a focus on UAT, business readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Key Responsibilities of this Order to Cash role:

Support business users through end-to-end UAT scenarios across the O2C process.
Explain system functionality and process changes, including differences between Infor M3 and legacy systems.
Log, investigate, and coordinate resolution of defects, pricing issues, and process discrepancies.
Retest fixes and manage business sign-off.
Support end-user training and provide ongoing O2C process guidance.
Assist with cutover activities, including data migration, validation, and reconciliation of customer orders and transactional data.
Provide post-go-live hypercare support, troubleshooting issues and helping stabilise business operations.

Required Experience for this Order to Cash role:

Strong Order to Cash process knowledge.
Previous ERP implementation or transformation project experience.
Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and business readiness activities.
Data migration and reconciliation experience.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Infor M3 is highly desirable.
