Steadman Brown are exclusively working with a leading UK name, looking to hire a Business Analyst into their Salesforce team. The Business Analyst will join an experienced team working across an enterprise tech stack including Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud and Agentforce. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with the business stakeholders, users and technical teams to understand the business needs, translate them into requirements and detailed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand the processes, pain points and opportunities for improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Plan and coordinate project level scope, timelines and resourcing for smaller project engagements.
- Proven experience working as a Salesforce or CRM Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and business processes.
- Experience in leading scoping sessions with stakeholders across the business.
- Experience managing timelines on projects, as well as making sure it is well resourced.
