40:00 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday - Sunday, working between 7:15am (core) 11:05am (DPR) and 15:55am (core) 20:45pm (DPR)

You could be part of it as a Delivery Postie with Driving, delivering for your local community and bringing trust to the doorstep. A Postie delivers for every person, from every walk of life, from exam results and tax returns, to wedding invites or online purchases.

It’s a physical job – but it keeps you fit. You will be part of the fabric of the nation, delivering for your local community, because you care about the people and the places you serve.

• Deliver post and parcels as part of your daily round and provide great customer service
• Walk and drive as required by the role, in all weather and at various times of day
• Be a friendly face in the community and contribute to a positive customer experience

A Bit About You

• Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
• Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
• Think of yourself as a people-person and a friendly face in the community
• Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
• Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

• A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
• Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week.
• 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year.

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
