Buster + Punch is a London-born home fashion brand, headquartered in Peterborough, England. The brand aims to make ‘ordinary home products’ into extraordinary items for everyday use. Our products are designed so that our customers and prospects look at these items in a way that previously they would have considered as ‘normal’ but now as ‘future collectable’ and an extension of their appreciation of design.
Our core product verticals are Electricity (switches, dimmers and sockets), Lighting and Hardware (door and cabinet) but we haven’t forgotten our legacy iconic items such as custom motorcycles and whisky bars.
The Brand now delivers to over 110 countries globally, prides itself of its systems, its liquidity, forward planning and rewards employee’s achievements and energy. As the Brand has matured it is focussed on employing the best people it can attract, as it recognises that these people will drive us to the next stage of our growth.
The RoleAt Buster + Punch, we design extraordinary products — and we expect the same thinking behind the systems that deliver them. Our supply chain is global, fast-moving, and constantly evolving, and we’re looking for someone who can get under the hood of it.
This role is for a systems-oriented thinker with a strong analytical mindset — someone who wants to understand how data, planning tools, suppliers and logistics all connect, and how to make them work better, all while working as a team. You won’t just execute processes; you’ll understand them, refine them, and continuously improve them.
If you’re naturally curious about how things work, comfortable working with data, and motivated by solving real operational challenges, this is an opportunity to have a direct impact on how our supply chain performs end-to-end.
