We represent global brands including Vivax, Picote, Milwaukee, Trelleborg, and more. We are expanding our service and repair centre to provide first-class customer support for our continued growth.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled individual to head up our Service Centre. This role combines hands-on technical repair work with leadership and management responsibilities. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain drain cameras alongside other specialist equipment. You will also manage the day-to-day running of the service centre, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair drain camera systems and associated inspection equipment. (additional training will be provided)
- Service and maintain a range of trenchless and drainage tools.
- Manage and oversee the Service Centre operations, including workflow, parts ordering, and scheduling.
- Lead and develop the service team, ensuring high standards of technical support.
- Provide technical advice to customers, both remotely and in person.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Report regularly to company directors on service performance and customer feedback.
- Proven technical experience in repairing drain camera systems (preferred, additional training can be provided).
- Strong knowledge of drainage inspection equipment and related technologies.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead a small team and take ownership of the service centre function.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to quality and detail.
