This is a great opportunity for a Canon-trained Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, market-leading managed print provider that genuinely invests in its people and service function.

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting Canon MFDs, Image

PRESS, and Pro-Print devices
, including Fiery controllers and network integration. The role is field based, covering the East and South Midlands and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction.

• Servicing and maintaining Canon MFD and print production devices
• Supporting and configuring Fiery controllers and workflows
• Installing devices and integrating them into customer networks
• Setting up scan-to-email and scan-to-folder solutions
• Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Keeping service records accurate and up to date

• Canon-trained Field Service Engineer
• Experience with Canon MFDs, Image
  
  PRESS, and Pro-Print equipment (or a mixture of any of these)
• Comfortable working with Fiery controllers
• Good understanding of networked print environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
