Solo Service Group are recruiting a cleaning operative to join our team on a part time, permanent basis in Copse Court Police Station, Thorpewood, Cambridgeshire, PE3 6SD
. We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team, we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

• Part time, permanent basis – 10 Hours a week, Saturday & Sunday 07:00 – 12:00

• Police vetting will be required for this role
• Full driving licence required to drive company van from time to time for deliveries around the large site

• Carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning wash/shower rooms.
• Water flushing, washroom checks, securing cleaning cupboards at the end of the shift.
• Moving laundry bags into correct locations.
• Deep cleaning and general cleaning duties as instructed by the site supervisor.
• Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.

• Police vetting required.
• Full driving licence.
• Cleaning experience is preferred; full training will be provided if necessary.
