Panel Technician – Peterborough Steer Automotive Group

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic panel repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored safely and to manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  • Repair, replace, and align panels to manufacturer specifications
  • Use modern repair methods, tools, and workshop equipment
  • Meet productivity and quality targets without compromising safety
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive workshop culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
  • Skilled in panel repair and MIG/MAG welding techniques
  • ATA accreditation (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
