We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team across a range of Mitie clients. The role includes recruitment, development of staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
• Provide technical training to staff as required
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standards of cleanliness, and order supplies as necessary
• Address issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line manager when appropriate

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
• Good communication and basic English reading skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
• Self‑initiative and ability to work to a schedule
