Roadside Technician

• Competitive basic salary of £35,000, with a realistic on-target earning potential of £60,000 plus bonuses

• Deliver expert roadside repairs and vehicle diagnostics in emergency situations
• Provide breakdown support nationwide, troubleshooting issues such as flat batteries, tyre replacements, and complex fault diagnostics
• Manage your daily workload autonomously, starting your shift from home and working independently
• Maintain excellent customer service and communicate confidently during roadside assistance
• Ensure the RAC van, diagnostic equipment, and uniform are maintained to a high standard
• Complete all repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to safety and quality standards

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
• At least two years of post‑qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• Strong customer‑focused approach with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
