Maintenance Person​/Groundsperson

Responsible for the maintenance of external and internal areas, this may include landscaping tasks.

Role involves working in temperature-controlled areas (chilled and freezer units) and maintaining cleanliness; due to these conditions, applicants must be 18 or over

• Maintain outside landscaping, painting and varnishing, and parking facilities.
• Complete non‑electrical small equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Organise, accept, and rotate our great food products.
• Work with external contractors to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
• Assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and building in prime condition.
• Maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively in our fast moving, high energy environment.
• Serve as a supportive colleague and demonstrate enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant, inside and out.

• Confident dealing with external contractors and the restaurant team.
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels in a fast‑moving environment.
