Role Summary

Cleaner (Morning) – Deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.
