Hygiene Operative - Night Shift

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Hygiene Operative at our Peterborough site. This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off – (18:00 – 06:30)
• Hourly Rate: £14.90 (paid weekly)

• Complete daily cleaning tasks and deep clean our production areas.
• Ensure all cleaning jobs on the cleaning sheet are completed within the required times.
• Attend to unscheduled jobs such as spillages that require immediate cleaning attention.
• Move trays and pallets to clean but will put them back in their allocated area after.

To be a successful Hygiene Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:

• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Experience in food in any environment (desirable).
• Good all-round communication skills.
