PDR Technician (Paintless Dent Repair) Peterborough Up to £49,000 Basic Salary  10% Performance Bonus | OTE £53,900 Monday to Friday | Day Shift or Backshift Available Join a Modern, High-Volume Bodyshop Are you an experienced PDR Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a professional, well-equipped bodyshop? We're recruiting on behalf of a large, modern accident repair centre in Peterborough , offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work.

You'll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 5 years old , meaning you'll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars. This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression. What's in it for You? Up to £49,000 basic salary 10% performance bonus On Target Earnings (OTE):

The Role As a PDR Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship. Your Responsibilities Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR) Repair minor dents, door dings and creases Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements Work closely with the wider bodyshop team Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail About You We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a PDR Technician , Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal Specialist Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach Experience using Push to Paint / Push to Prep techniques (advantageous) Ability to work independently and within a busy workshop team A positive attitude and strong work ethic Apply Today If you're an experienced PDR Technician looking to join a busy, modern workshop with excellent facilities, excellent earning potential of up to £53,900 OTE , and a genuine Monday-to-Friday work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
