MOT Tester - Backshift Peterborough Monday to Friday | Backshift £39,600 Basic Salary  10% Bonus | OTE £43,560 A Workshop Designed to Make Your Job Easier Are you an MOT Tester looking for a backshift role where you can concentrate on carrying out quality MOT inspections rather than spending your day dealing with heavily worn vehicles? We're recruiting for a busy, modern workshop in Peterborough where you'll be testing vehicles that are generally under five years old.

Every vehicle is inspected and prepared by the workshop before it reaches you, meaning the majority of faults have already been identified and rectified, allowing you to focus on what you do best. This is a clean, purpose-built workshop with the latest equipment and technology, offering a supportive team, an organised working environment and an excellent work-life balance.

The Role Carry out MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards Ensure all vehicles are tested accurately and efficiently Work closely with the workshop team to maintain high-quality standards Maintain accurate records and documentation Deliver excellent levels of professionalism and attention to detail What We're Looking For Current or lapsed MOT Tester licence (renewal training available if required) Mechanical background with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop Excellent attention to detail Reliable, organised and professional approach What's on Offer £39,600 Basic Salary 10% Performance Bonus On Target Earnings (OTE): £43,560 Monday to Friday backshift 40-hour working week No weekend working Modern, purpose-built workshop with the latest equipment Friendly and supportive team Genuine opportunities for career progression Company pension Paid holidays If you're looking for a modern workshop where you can enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday backshift, work on well-maintained vehicles and be part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
