We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Vehicle Technician to join our great team. If you are a hands-on professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys the specific challenges of Land Rover, Range Rover and Ineos Grenadier maintenance and repair, this is the role for you.
You will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle maintenance, with a specific focus on modern vehicle electrics and complex diagnostic work. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to uphold our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Carry out all aspects of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs to a high standard.
 
* Perform complex diagnostic work and troubleshooting on modern vehicle electrical systems.
 
* Provide clear, professional communication to customers regarding work carried out and accurate quotes.
 
* Manage multiple tasks effectively within a busy workshop environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
 
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
 
* Follow all workshop processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a deep understanding of parts, tools, and modern diagnostic equipment.

* Qualifications:

A full, clean UK driving licence (must be confident with both manual and automatic transmissions).
 
* Age Requirement:
Due to insurance purposes, candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
 
* Attention to Detail: A "keen eye" for spotting mechanical imperfections that others might miss.
 
* Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills; you should feel comfortable speaking directly with customers.
 
* Attitude: A motivated team player who thrives under pressure and is genuinely driven to succeed.
 
* Passion: A genuine interest in Land Rovers and the outdoors would be highly advantageous.
