Mobile Area Supervisor

Overview

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Mobile Area Supervisor to work on a full-time, permanent basis based in Peterborough but will be required to travel to sites nationwide and must be willing to stay nights away.

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Carry out cleaning duties and maintain high standards of work when required.
• Manage construction and commercial cleaning projects.
• Complete site visits, quality checks, and client updates.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company and client standards.
• Support the training and development of cleaning operatives.
• Complete site reports and required documentation.

• Previous cleaning industry experience (construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, or similar environments).
• Confident supervising teams but able to work hands-on.
• Understands the importance of health and safety.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Holds a CSCS card (or willing to obtain one with company support).
• UK travel is required.
