Salary: £45,000 - £54,000

Shift: Panama Days (2’s and 3’s)

A leading manufacturer based in Yaxley is looking to add a skilled Maintenance Engineer to their growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established business offering long‑term stability, modern equipment, and a strong team culture.

Working on a Panama days shift pattern, you will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency by carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of automated machinery.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and wants to be part of a business that invests in its people and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong electrical or multi‑skilled engineering background
• Ability to fault find on electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance (PPM)
• Fault finding on motors, conveyors, sensors, and control systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Experience working on fast‑paced production machinery

• PLC fault finding experience
• Experience with automated or high‑speed production lines
• Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience
